We do processing closed to farm, so we guarantee the freshness. We freeze the soft shell crab in live condition with contact freezer.

Soft shell crabs are soaked in chlorinated water (chlorine content: 5ppm) and ozone treatment to kill the bacterial and maintain freshness.
